Payment, Deposits and Cancellations: The Garden Room and Melford Room:-

If you have paid in advance, 14 days notice of cancellation is required for a 100% refund. If you have not paid in advance, your credit card will be charged 14 days before you check in at The Mill. We are a small business and rely mostly on forward bookings; cancellations therefore have a significant impact on us. If a cancellation or change to booking occurs within 14 days of arrival the deposit will not be refunded. We strongly advise that you have travel insurance to cover you if you need to cancel.
